1:1 Virtual Sessions
How it works
30 minute zoom or facetime meeting to go over your goals and any past or current injuries.
2nd call is 45 minute assessment where we go through some movement patterns where I can see any postural issues and over/under active muscles.
Program execution either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions available depending on goals.
Virtual Group Semi-Private Classes
How it works
Grab a partner or a group of up to 10 people and we can plan a class format: Mat Pilates, HITT training, core and cardio, stretch and strength.
