1:1 Virtual Sessions

How it works

  • 30 minute zoom or facetime meeting to go over your goals and any past or current injuries.

  • 2nd call is 45 minute assessment where we go through some movement patterns where I can see any postural issues and over/under active muscles.

  • Program execution either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions available depending on goals.

 

Virtual Group Semi-Private Classes

How it works

  • Grab a partner or a group of up to 10 people and we can plan a class format: Mat Pilates, HITT training, core and cardio, stretch and strength.
