Hear about my story.

Hello, my name is Andrea

I’m so happy to meet you! I discovered Pilates in college while completing my 250-hour yoga certification and quickly fell in love with how deeply it helped me connect with my body. Over time, my approach to movement has evolved—from competitive athlete to mom, navigating the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health. Through my own journey, I’ve developed a passion for helping women feel strong, empowered, and supported in their bodies, specializing in postpartum and core rehabilitation. Today, I work as a Pilates instructor and performance coach at Peak Human Performance, helping clients rebuild strength and confidence at every stage of life.

Welcome friends!

My name is Andrea and I am so happy you stopped by to check out my site. My passion is to help women in all the stages of their journey learn the healing powers of movement and lifestyle changes!

I was first introduced to Pilates while I was in the middle college and working on my 250-hour yoga certification, and I absolutely fell in love with the principles and philosophy of Pilates. I was amazed and humbled how I was able to connect at such a deeper level with my body. Through out the stages in my life, Pilates and functional training has looked different for me and what I was trying to accomplish; I went from a competitive athlete, to a weekend warrior, and now to momma warrior.

Both of my pregnancies came with different challenges. I have gone through my own rebuild/pelvic floor issues post pregnancy and have worked through postpartum anxiety and depression. I have learned so many things about my body during these phases and I want to impart this knowledge to other women so they can feel empowered and strong and be the best version of their selves they can be. Through my experiences I have developed a true passion and dedication to help other women, my education and knowledge has allowed me to develop a niche on helping clients with pelvic floor and postpartum rehabilitation, as well as other injuries that can occur from having a weakened core.

I currently train at Peak Human Performance as a Pilates instructor and performance coach. Check out the class schedule to catch one of my classes if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area!
